Glue Mixer
Mixes wood particles with glue evenly and continuously, feeding the block press or the presswood pallet press — consistent glue spread is what keeps block density and pallet strength stable.
What It Does
- Even, continuous mixing of sawdust / wood shavings with UF or MDI glue before pressing.
- Used in both the pallet block line (glue system) and the presswood pallet line (mixing station) — one auxiliary machine serving two lines.
- Steady discharge to the press keeps every block and pallet at the same density (blocks: 550–600 kg/m³).
